As ManyChat team member you’ll join a small and growing team of professionals and share our passion for customers. You will work closely with Dev and Support/Community teams making your input into platform’s growth 📈

 

1. Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist, you’ll provide support for ManyChat customers around the world in a networked environment. You’ll diagnose and support all aspects of platform environment and general system needs. You are self-driven and your communication skills with love in helping people is a must for top-grade customer experience.

  • You are getting things done; you turn challenges into opportunities, even without extensive planning;
  • You understand that everything can hinge on one overlooked triviality; you meticulously comb through every detail, taking two seemingly unrelated problems and looking to see if there are any dependencies, extracting as much data from the information to ascertain the root cause;
  • You communicate easily  be it email, hallway conversation or messenger; you’re comfortable combining  and collaborating with all kind of people, addressing needs using your friendly people skills;
  • You’ve spent years honing your technical abilities; your functional and technical knowledge base continually grows, revealing new ways to level up your craft;

Your skills:

  • Good knowledge of  Windows (7, 8 and 10) Mac OSX;
  • Experience in using Ticketing systems;
  • Familiar with basic concepts of Social networks and platforms operations;
  • Knowledge of how the Internet works and how to use Diagnostic tools;
  • Understanding core concepts of programming and networking;

Your job is to:

  • Be the owner of every ticket that comes your way: investigate, troubleshoot, and fix problems, calling for help when needed; utilize IT systems and procedures to continuously improve service methodology;
  • Communicate with all team members, including leadership, to provide key problem status updates and ensure that every problem is addressed;
  • Be comfortable working remotely.

2. Community Specialist

As a Community Specialist, you’ll work with social platforms for ManyChat customers around the world in a networked environment. You’ll engage and interact with our community helping them reach their goals. You will be the voice of ManyChat community for dev and support teams helping get info about any issues asap.

  • You are self-driven person and getting things done; you turn challenges into opportunities, even without extensive planning;
  • You understand that everything can hinge on one overlooked triviality; you meticulously comb through every detail, taking two seemingly unrelated problems and looking to see if there are any dependencies, extracting as much data from the information to ascertain the root cause;
  • You are great communicator be it email, hallway conversation or messenger; you’re comfortable combining  and collaborating with all kind of people, addressing needs using your friendly people skills;
  • You have worked in a community or a customer facing role or have been a managing a forum or a blog for at least two years.

Your skills:

  • Good knowledge of  Windows (7, 8 and 10) Mac OSX;
  • Experience in using different social platforms;
  • Knowledge of how the Internet works and how to use Diagnostic tools;
  • Understanding core concepts of programming and networking;

Your job is to:

  • Communicate directly with customers and build long-lasting relationships and trust; monitor boards and other communication channels to identify common issues and discussion patterns to help you be more responsive;
  • Communicate with all team members, including leadership, to provide key problem status updates and ensure that every problem is addressed;
  • Be comfortable working remotely.
